In-house event support

If needed, we can provide your event with technicians, house manager, event supervisor, ushers and/or a stage crew. These positions are generally high school students familiar with the space and trained and supervised by the Hopkins Operations and Technical Manager for the Performing Arts facilities.

Banquet Spaces
Both the Dining Room at Hopkins High School and the Oakwoods Room at Eisenhower Community Center have a 150" permanent projection screen mounted for our renters' use. Renters can provide their own LCD projector or possibly rent one from Conference & Event Services. Both spaces also have a sound system which allows the use of microphones, which can also be rented from Conference & Event Services.
